About the building
Held in Stockholm, the 1972 United Nations Conference on the Environment was the first global conference to make the protecting the environment a central part of the international agenda.
In 2023, the eponymous building – an integral part of the new, sustainable Green Village neighbourhood – opened up to the market with an offering that is unique in Geneva: condominium (PPE, propriété par étages) office space available for sale and fully-equipped based on the needs of its future occupants.
The Stockholm building offers over 6,800 sqm of high-quality office space spread over 6 floors. The spaces of over 1,200 sqm are divisible as of 600 sqm, and are particularly well-suited to the activities of international organisations and diplomatic missions.

Green Village
In terms of its environmental friendliness, the Green Village neighbourhood is “SEED-Next Generation Living”-certified, and is the first real estate development in Geneva to comply with the principles of One Planet Living ®. The principles respect the environment, and promote the well-being of residents and users..

Stockholm
In seeking THPE-2000W and SNBS GOLD certification, the Stockholm building itself meets the most exacting sustainable building standards.
In addition, in line with the 2030 cantonal climate plan (PCC, Plan Climat Cantonal), it aims to have a low carbon footprint during the building phase and a zero-carbon footprint during its operation.
Lastly, the offices are set in Green Village’s carefully-kept and restful landscaped parks, designed to promote biodiversity and to offer meeting places.
Architecture
Spacious and comfortable spaces, designed for a diverse community
This is the vision that the architectural firm, DLA designlab, espoused when designing Stockholm’s architecture: they envisioned workspaces offering large, flexible areas, with a focus on user comfort while meeting sustainability requirements.

Generous ceiling heights
On every floor, generous ceiling heights enhance the feeling of space. What’s more, with two central hubs and a central hall, the floors offer total freedom of layout. In the Stockholm, your workspaces are not only flexible, but also stimulating and full of creative value.
Loggias punctuating the whole façade
One major innovation stands out: on each floor of the building, open loggias allow employees to enjoy quality outdoor extensions, such as protected balconies. Employees will find lively, bustling spaces on the ground floor, while at the same time enjoying the privacy of these loggias – a rare feature when it comes to office space.
A façade that celebrates diversity
In bronze-coloured anodised aluminium, the façade forms a crown of columns embodying the diversity of the building’s users. The concrete figures representing men and women create a harmonious, elegant whole for the building.
Location
At the heart of international Geneva
An exceptional environment
Situated in the commune of Grand-Saconnex, the Stockholm building enjoys a prime location, halfway between the city centre and Geneva International Airport. The building is located at the crossroads of two major greenbelts: the Cours des Nobel and the Promenade de la Paix.
The surfaces will be available from 2027.
